At Molten Metal, every product is handmade with care and inspected before dispatch. Therefore, we do not offer exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, colour preference, design preference, or incorrect selection by the customer.
An exchange will only be considered if:
- You receive a defective or damaged item, or
- You receive an incorrect item that is different from your order.
To report an issue, please contact us with clear details and a proper unboxing video of the parcel. The unboxing video is required to verify claims related to damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
Once the issue is verified, we will review the case and provide an appropriate resolution. Replacement or exchange will be subject to verification and product availability.
Please note that slight variations in colour, design, shape, or appearance may occur because our products are handmade. Such minor variations are not considered defects
Return Policy
Molten Metal does not accept returns for any item.
All products are handmade and created with care. Once an order has been placed and delivered, it is not eligible for return or refund due to change of mind, personal preference, incorrect selection, or dissatisfaction with minor handmade variations.
In the event that you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us with the required details and an unboxing video. After verification, we will provide an appropriate resolution.
