Molten Metal offers handmade and handcrafted jewellery and accessories. As our products are handmade, slight variations in colour, shape, size, texture, or finish may occur. These variations are part of the unique nature of handcrafted products and should not be considered defects.
Product colours may also appear slightly different depending on your screen or device settings.

2.Orders

All orders placed through our website are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in exceptional circumstances, including pricing errors, incorrect product information, suspected fraudulent transactions, or product unavailability.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR).

We make every effort to ensure that product prices and descriptions are accurate. However, if an error is identified, Molten Metal reserves the right to correct the error or cancel the affected order and notify the customer where required.

We work with multiple trusted courier partners, including DTDC and Tirupati, depending on the delivery location and service availability.

• Keep away from prolonged direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.

Damage caused due to improper use, accidental damage, or failure to follow care instructions may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
